Terms of service

All services must be paid in full before any work begins. We do not accept partial payments or post-project billing.

Clients retain full rights to all final designs delivered. You are free to sell the work created for your brand, such as product or apparel designs.

However, reselling Adaius digital assets or redistributing purchased materials is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against anyone found reselling or misusing our intellectual property.
